ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾರತಿ 90.4 FM (ದೀಪ ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (ರಿ), ಗಂಗಾವತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಮುದಾಯ ರೇಡಿಯೋ) ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನೀತಿಯು www.graminbharati.com ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಯಾವುದು, ಯಾಕೆ, ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ನೋಂದಣಿಗಳು: ಶ್ರೋತೃ ಬಳಗ, ಶಾಲಾ ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಕ್ಲಬ್, ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ/ಸೇರಿರಿ ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ತುಂಬುವ ವಿವರ (ಹೆಸರು, ಊರು, ಫೋನ್, ಶಾಲೆ/ತರಗತಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ).
ಜನ್ಮದಿನ ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಆರ್ಡರ್: ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಪಡೆಯುವವರ ಹೆಸರು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು, ಸಂದೇಶ, ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಪ್ರಸಾರ ದಿನಾಂಕ.
ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ: ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಹೆಸರು, ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಫೋನ್, ಇಮೇಲ್.
ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ: ಪಾವತಿ ವಿವರ (ಭಾಗ 5 ನೋಡಿ).
ತಾನಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿ: ಬ್ರೌಸರ್/ಸಾಧನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, IP ವಿಳಾಸ, ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಪುಟಗಳು, ಕುಕೀಗಳು.
2. ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಬಳಸುತ್ತೇವೆ
ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಲು (ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಪ್ರಸಾರ, ಜಾಹೀರಾತು, ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ).
ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ಸಲಹೆ, ದೂರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಲು.
ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್, ರಸೀದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲು (ನೀವು ಬೇಡವೆಂದರೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ).

3. ಪ್ರಸಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ಓದುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ
ಜನ್ಮದಿನ ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೋತೃ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಹೆಸರು, ಊರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂದೇಶ ರೇಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬರ ಹೆಸರು ಕೊಡುವಾಗ ಅವರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನಿಮಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಫೋನ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮನೆ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
4. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ
ಶಾಲಾ ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ನಂತಹ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 18 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಬರಬಹುದು. ಇಂತಹ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಶಾಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪೋಷಕರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರವೇ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮಗುವಿನ ಹೆಸರು, ಧ್ವನಿ, ಫೋಟೋ ಪ್ರಸಾರ/ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೆ ಬಳಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾಹೀರಾತಿಗೆ ಬಳಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪೋಷಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಶಾಲೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಳಿಸಲು ಕೋರಬಹುದು.
5. ಪಾವತಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಣಿಗೆ
ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪಾವತಿ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ (ಉದಾ: Razorpay) ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಡ್, UPI PIN, ನೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ವರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ತನ್ನದೇ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅದನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮಗೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಆಯಿತೇ ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ, ಮೊತ್ತ, ವಹಿವಾಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವಿವರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮರುಪಾವತಿ/ರದ್ದತಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನೀತಿ ನೋಡಿ.
6. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ
ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ವರ್ಗದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚುತ್ತೇವೆ:
ವೆಬ್ ಹೋಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸೇವಾದಾರರು (ಉದಾ: Hostinger).
ಪಾವತಿ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್.
ಇಮೇಲ್, ಫಾರ್ಮ್, ಸಂದೇಶ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಉದಾ: Google Forms, WhatsApp).
ಕಾನೂನು ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ.
ಈ ವರ್ಗದವರು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಗೌಪ್ಯತಾ ನೀತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
7. ಕುಕೀ, ಥರ್ಡ್-ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು AI ಸಾಧನಗಳು
ಕುಕೀಗಳು: ಸೈಟ್ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಭೇಟಿಯ ಅಂಕಿಅಂಶ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಬಳಕೆ. ಬ್ರೌಸರ್ ಸೆಟ್ಟಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಬಹುದು; ಆಗ ಕೆಲವು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡದಿರಬಹುದು.
ಥರ್ಡ್-ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳು: ಅಕ್ಷರ ಶೈಲಿ (Google Fonts), ಅನಾಲಿಟಿಕ್ಸ್, ಸ್ಟ್ರೀಮಿಂಗ್ ಸರ್ವರ್, ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್/ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಂ/ಫೇಸ್‌ಬುಕ್/ವಾಟ್ಸ್‌ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಲಿಂಕ್‌ಗಳು. ಇವು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.
AI ಸಾಧನಗಳು: ವಿಷಯ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ, ಅನುವಾದ, ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ನಾವು AI ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಾಧನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಹುದು. ಅಂತಹ ಸಾಧನಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು, ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಇತರ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ಗಳ ಲಿಂಕ್‌ಗಳ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಹೊಣೆಯಲ್ಲ.
8. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ
ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಮಾತ್ರ:
ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಫಾರ್ಮ್: ವಿಷಯ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 1 ವರ್ಷ.
ಜನ್ಮದಿನ ಶುಭಾಶಯ ವಿವರ: ಪ್ರಸಾರದ ನಂತರ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 1 ವರ್ಷ (ಸಂದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವಿವರ).
ಶ್ರೋತೃ ಬಳಗ, ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ನೋಂದಣಿ: ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಇರುವವರೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಂತರ 1 ವರ್ಷ.
ಶಾಲಾ ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಕ್ಲಬ್ (ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ): ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಇರುವವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ; ಪೋಷಕ/ಶಾಲೆ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಬೇಗನೇ ಅಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ಪಾವತಿ, ರಸೀದಿ, ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ದಾಖಲೆ: ತೆರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ ಕಾನೂನು ಕೇಳುವಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷ.
ಸರ್ವರ್ ಲಾಗ್‌ಗಳು: ಸುಮಾರು 90 ದಿನಗಳು.
ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಥವಾ ಗುರುತು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
9. ಭದ್ರತೆ
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಮಂಜಸ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ (ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ HTTPS ಸಂಪರ್ಕ, ಸೀಮಿತ ಪ್ರವೇಶ). ಆದರೆ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ಯಾವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯೂ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗದು.
10. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು
ಭಾರತದ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 2023 ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅಡಿ ನೀವು:
ನಾವು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಕೇಳಬಹುದು.
ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರೆ ತಿದ್ದಲು ಅಥವಾ ಅಳಿಸಲು ಕೋರಬಹುದು.
ನೀಡಿದ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು (ಭಾಗ 11).
ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನು ಅಗತ್ಯದ ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಸಮಂಜಸ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಕಾರಣ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು (ಉದಾ: ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್) ಅಳಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿರಬಹುದು.
11. ದೂರು, ಸಲಹೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ

This policy applies to www.graminbharati.com and our mobile app. It explains in simple terms what information we collect, why, for how long, and with whom it is shared.
1. Information we collect
Contact and enquiries: name, phone, email and your message.
Registrations: details you enter in the Listener Club, School Radio Club and Join/Volunteer forms (name, village, phone, school/class, etc.).
Birthday wish orders: recipient's name, your name, message, contact number and broadcast date.
Advertising enquiries: business name, contact person, phone and email.
Donations and payments: see Section 5.
Automatically collected: browser/device type, IP address, pages visited and cookies.
2. How we use your information
To provide the service you asked for (wish broadcasts, advertising, membership).
To respond to your enquiries, suggestions and complaints.
For billing, receipts and accounting.
To tell you about programmes, club activities and services (we stop if you ask us to).
To improve the website and services, prevent misuse and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Names read on air
The name, village and message you provide for birthday wishes and listener messages may be broadcast publicly on radio. By placing an order you consent to this. If you give another person's name, you must have their permission. We do not broadcast phone numbers or home addresses.
4. Children's information
Activities such as the School Radio Club may involve information about children under 18. We collect it only after obtaining consent from the school or parents. Before using a child's name, voice or photo in a broadcast or publication, we obtain separate consent. We do not use children's data for advertising. Parents or the school may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
5. Payments and donations
Online payments are processed by an authorised payment gateway (for example, Razorpay). We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details on our servers; the gateway handles them under its own security and policies. We receive only the payment status, amount, transaction ID and the contact details you provided. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
6. Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to provide our services, with:
Web hosting and technical service providers (e.g., Hostinger).
Payment gateway and banks.
Email, form and messaging services (e.g., Google Forms, WhatsApp).
Legal or government authorities when required by law.
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
7. Cookies, third-party and AI tools
Cookies help the site work and help us understand visits. You can block them in your browser; some features may then not work.
Third-party services include Google Fonts, analytics, the streaming server and links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. They are governed by their own policies.
AI tools: we may use AI-based tools for content preparation, translation, categorisation and improving our services. We do not feed personal information, especially children's information, into such tools unnecessarily.
We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.
8. How long we keep information
Enquiries and contact forms: up to 1 year after the matter is closed.
Birthday wish details: up to 1 year after broadcast.
Listener Club and volunteer registrations: while membership continues and 1 year after.
School Radio Club (children's data): only while the activity continues; deleted sooner on request of a parent or school.
Payment, receipt and billing records: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Server logs: about 90 days.
After this, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
9. Security
We follow reasonable technical and organisational measures (secure HTTPS connections, limited access). However, no information sent over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may:
ask for information about the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct or delete it;
withdraw consent you have given at any time;
raise a grievance (Section 11).
We will address requests within a reasonable time and as the law requires. Records we are legally bound to keep (e.g., billing) may not be deletable.
