ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾರತಿ 90.4 FM (ದೀಪ ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (ರಿ), ಗಂಗಾವತಿ) ನ ಜನ್ಮದಿನ ಶುಭಾಶಯ, ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ಮತ್ತು ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ನೀತಿ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಇದನ್ನು ಓದಿ.

1. ಒಂದು ನೋಟ

2. ಜನ್ಮದಿನ ಶುಭಾಶಯ

  • ಪ್ರಸಾರ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಮೂರು ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳ ಮುಂಚೆ ರದ್ದು ಕೋರಿದರೆ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
  • ಕಂಟೆಂಟ್ (ಸಂದೇಶ ರಚನೆ) ಅಥವಾ ಡಿಸೈನ್ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ: ಆ ಕೆಲಸದ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಮೊತ್ತದ 10% ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದದ್ದನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
  • ಕಂಟೆಂಟ್/ಡಿಸೈನ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ: ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಮೊತ್ತದ 10% ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದದ್ದನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
  • ಪ್ರಸಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂರು ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಮಯ ಇರುವಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ಶುಭಾಶಯ ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾದ ನಂತರ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಜಾಹೀರಾತು

  • ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಶುರುವಾಗುವ ಮೊದಲು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ:
    • ಕಂಟೆಂಟ್/ಡಿಸೈನ್ (ಜಾಹೀರಾತು ಸ್ಕ್ರಿಪ್ಟ್, ರೆಕಾರ್ಡಿಂಗ್, ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ) ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದರ ವೆಚ್ಚ + 10% ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ.
    • ಕಂಟೆಂಟ್/ಡಿಸೈನ್ ರಚಿಸಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ 10% ಸೇವಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ.
  • ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಶುರುವಾದ ನಂತರ: ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದರೆ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾದ ಭಾಗದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳೇ ಅನ್ವಯ. ಜಾಹೀರಾತುದಾರರು ಬಯಸಿದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಲಿಖಿತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
  • ಕಂಟೆಂಟ್/ಡಿಸೈನ್ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಅಥವಾ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದರದಂತೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕುತ್ತೇವೆ.

4. ದೇಣಿಗೆ

ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಕೊಡುಗೆ; ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಒಂದೇ ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಕಡಿತವಾದರೆ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ತಪ್ಪಿನಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮೊತ್ತ ಪಾವತಿಯಾದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಪಾವತಿಯಾದರೆ, ಪಾವತಿ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 7 ದಿನದೊಳಗೆ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ; ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

5. ರದ್ದತಿ/ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಹೇಗೆ

ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಅಥವಾ ಫೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು, ಫೋನ್, ಆರ್ಡರ್/ವಹಿವಾಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಸೇವೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರಣ ತಿಳಿಸಿ. ಜಾಹೀರಾತುದಾರರು ಲಿಖಿತ (ಇಮೇಲ್) ಕೋರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ.

6. ಎಷ್ಟು ಸಮಯ ಬೇಕು

  • ಉತ್ತರ: ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೋರಿಕೆಗೆ ನಾವು 7 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
  • ಹಣ ಜಮೆ: ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯ ನಂತರ ಹಣ ನೀವು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಮೂಲ ವಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ (ಕಾರ್ಡ್/UPI/ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್) 12 ರಿಂದ 15 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ.
  • ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನ ಎಂದರೆ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಜೆ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಗಳು.

7. ಪಾವತಿ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಶುಲ್ಕ

ಪಾವತಿ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ (ಉದಾ: Razorpay) ವಿಧಿಸುವ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಮರಳಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮೊತ್ತದಿಂದ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು.

8. ಸಂಪರ್ಕ

ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ (ಉದಾ: ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ) ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಬದಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮೊತ್ತ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

This policy applies to payments for Birthday Wishes, Advertising and Donations to Gramin Bharati 90.4 FM (Deepa Samaja Seva Kendra (Regd.), Gangavathi). Please read it before you pay.

2. Birthday wishes

  • A refund is available if you cancel at least three working days before the broadcast date.
  • If content (message writing) or design is already created: we deduct the charges for that work plus a 10% service charge on the amount paid, and refund the rest.
  • If no content/design is created: we deduct only the 10% service charge on the amount paid and refund the rest.
  • No refund is given if less than three working days remain before the broadcast, or after the wish has been broadcast.

3. Advertising

  • Cancellation before broadcast starts:
    • If content/design (ad script, recording, banner, etc.) has been created, we deduct its cost plus a 10% service charge and refund the rest.
    • If none has been created, we deduct only the 10% service charge and refund the rest.
  • After broadcast starts: no refund once broadcast has begun. For the portion already aired, the terms of the agreement apply. An advertiser may submit a written request to stop further broadcast.
  • Content/design cost is calculated at the rate communicated at the time of order or stated in the agreement.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. However, if the same donation is charged twice, a larger amount is paid due to a technical error, or a payment is made without your consent, tell us within 7 days of payment with the transaction ID; we will verify and refund.

5. How to request a cancellation/refund

Send your request by email or phone below, with your name, phone, order/transaction ID, type of service and reason. Advertisers are encouraged to send a written (email) request.

6. Timelines

  • Response: we will respond to your request within 7 working days.
  • Credit of money: after a refund is approved, it is credited to your original payment method (card/UPI/bank) within 12 to 15 working days, subject to bank processing.
  • Working days exclude Sundays and government holidays.

7. Payment gateway fees

If the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) does not return its transaction fee, that fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Contact

If we are unable to provide the service (e.g., a broadcast cannot go ahead for technical reasons), we will reschedule with your consent or refund the full amount.
