1. About us

Gramin Bharati 90.4 FM (Voice Of Kishkindha) is a licensed community radio station in Gangavathi, run by Deepa Samaja Seva Kendra (Regd.). In these terms, "we" means Gramin Bharati 90.4 FM / Deepa Samaja Seva Kendra (Regd.), and "you" means anyone using our services.

2. Eligibility

• Paid services (birthday wishes, advertising) must be used by persons aged 18 or above, or authorised representatives of an organisation.
• Persons under 18 may take part in club activities only with the consent and supervision of a parent or school.
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

3. Acceptable conduct and content

Any message, advertisement, photo, audio or other content you submit must not be:

• unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or hateful;
• likely to create enmity between castes, religions or communities, political campaigning, or misleading/false;
• in violation of anyone's rights, privacy or copyright;
• contrary to our community radio licence conditions or applicable broadcasting rules.

We may edit, reject or stop the broadcast of such content. Attempts to harm the site's security or misuse it are prohibited.

4. Birthday wish service

• Price, option (standard / with shareable file) and broadcast date are as shown at the time of order. Festival offer prices are for a limited period only.
• The recipient's name and message are broadcast publicly. You must have that person's consent.
• We may shorten or lightly edit the message for broadcast.
• The broadcast date is fixed; the exact time of day is decided according to the programme schedule.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy.

5. Advertising service

• Rates, duration, timing and other terms are as per the written agreement or accepted order.
• We review all advertising content before broadcast and may reject advertisements that violate Section 3 or that our licence or the law does not permit.
• The advertiser is responsible for claims in the advertisement, copyright (music, images, etc.) and legal compliance.
• We do not guarantee any particular sales, calls or profit from an advertisement. Listenership may vary.
• Payment must be in advance or as stated in the agreement. Broadcast may be withheld for delayed payment.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions used for running the broadcast and community programmes. A donation does not entitle you to advertising or any other service unless expressly stated. Tax exemption or receipt availability depends on the organisation's registration and applicable law; contact us for details.

7. Clubs and registrations

Registering for the Listener Club, School Radio Club or as a volunteer does not guarantee membership; it is subject to our approval. Members must behave respectfully, and membership may be cancelled for violations. Before using a child's name, voice or photo in a broadcast or publication, we obtain consent from the parent or school (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Intellectual property

• The logo, design, programme details, text and broadcast content of this site belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
• You grant us a free, non-exclusive permission to broadcast, re-broadcast, and use the content you submit on our website, social media and archives, and you confirm you have the right to do so.

9. Availability of broadcast and website

We do not guarantee that the live stream, website or app will be uninterrupted. Power cuts, internet or server problems, equipment faults, government orders, natural calamities and other causes beyond our control may delay or interrupt broadcast or services. In such cases we will reschedule or resolve as per the refund policy. The programme schedule may change without notice. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by mutual discussion; failing that, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Koppal District (Gangavathi). If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
